Last weekend Bucks Jamboree Unit held its last full Training weekend at the Quarries Scout Camp site in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire. With the Jamboree excitment building by the day, the weekend gave the unit a chance to catch up on the latest plans for the Jamboree as well as have a great get together and learn a few more things. Over the weekend the Patrols had to Menu plan, Budget and shop for them seleves. Then having purchased the food of couse they had to cook it and eat it, with some pretty good results. The unit also had a chance to practice there gateway building, do some planing for Culture day and practice there first aid and camping skills.
