Since September, the leader team have been busy with some initial planing for the unit, and have now put together an outline training program ( dates can be seen on the diary page). We have also been busy with detailed planing the first training weekend and parents meeting. January sees the start of selection weekends being run by various Districts and supported by the Jamboree leadership team, so before long we should start to have some unit members on board, and the unit will start to take shape. By the end of February we should have the full unit in place, and then the journey really begins. As of today it is only 559 days before we go ! |
