With Just over 500 Days to go to the Jamboree, this weekend saw the final selection Day for Young people for the Buckinghamshire unit. Those young people already chosen seem to be very excited at the challenge and opportunity ahead from the coments they have made on the units web blog. They all seem to be looking forward to the Units first training weekend in a few weeks time. This will be the first chance to meet all the people they they are going to spend the next 16 months working with. This week also saw the units first bit of PR in the Source a local newsletter for the HP16 post code, which featured on page 8 the Chiltern North Selection weekend. http://www.hp16.org.uk/2.html |
